Before applying: applicants must meet a 3x rent income requirement and have a minimum credit score of 500. Application fee: $40. Admin fee: $210 (with $200 credited toward deposit). Required documents include three months of pay stubs, employment information, and residential history. Guarantors are welcome. Look&Lease special: 4 weeks free if you apply within 48 hours of a tour (12-month lease).
